The black borders were a serious but welcome change for the Topps Co. at the time, and the gold foil was becoming industry standard. Both looked nice, but what an odd close-up of big Cess. Deep in thought, perhaps?

  2. Sadly, Cecil was the only Tiger in the set. It's one of his "higher end" cards according to ebay, if you consider $1.99 as being "high end". ;)
